Today we hosted Andrew Weston MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State in the Department for Work and Pensions, his brief includes workplace and digital transformation and customer experience which is right up our street. He heard first-hand from our Director of Services Sean Hanna , our Services Team and our amazing participants on how NOW Group will support 350 people with disabilities into jobs with a future this year. The 3rd sector has such an important role to play in supporting people who are not in work (for a range of reasons) to realise they are the talent local businesses need to thrive. We need to be valued and funded on results.
