About us
We are a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of services across N.Ireland and have offices in Dublin, Belfast, L'Derry, Enniskillen, and Omagh. We will be offering services in April 2025 in the counties of Donegal, Dublin, Monaghan, Cavan, Louth, and Meath.
Our services
We offer a variety of services designed to empower neurodiverse individuals, including those with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and difficulties. Our main focus is on helping people secure employment, training, transitions, and volunteer opportunities. Additionally, we run social enterprises that provide various social groups and activities.
Our participants
The individuals we support face barriers to employment and learning, including various levels of learning difficulties and neurodiverse conditions. They help us shape our work to meet their needs and keep us focused on making a difference.
Their futures
We prepare people with the tools they need to make informed decisions about their future. We provide quality, accredited training which helps our clients to prepare for independence and the world of work. We provide them with the support they need to identify their unique career path, find the job they want and keep it.
